Refund and Returns Policy
Our video tutorial libraries are for educational purposes only. They are available for students to gain various skills, learn new styles, and practice different techniques. Like the saying “considering apprentice learning from a master”, many of our videos highlight different artists in the spirit of learning and teaching different styles and techniques. This is very different from plagiarism. While replicating other work as a drawing exercise is valuable, we do not pass the art as our own. Not only will you sharpen your eye, but you will get your hand accustomed to the pen or stylus. “Your muscles are not trained yet, and so much of drawing is muscle memory,” comic artist Ethan Young says. “Consider yourself like the apprentice learning from a master.” Writer and illustrator Mildred Louis began that way too. “I started drawing by basically copying anime,” she says. As opposed to plagiarism, teaching various art styles is a method instructors use to help students to become great artists. Students select elements from another artist’s work and incorporate them into their own unique mix of influences. Studying the styles of other artists can enable students to begin to form new and unique ideas. As time goes on, they will begin to develop a collage of experiences that culminate into their own, individual painting style. Reproducing the works of others can be a fantastic educational exercise. Beyond that practice, we strongly support and encourage students to develop their own artistic, individual voice. We stand for academic education and as conservatives, we will always focus on a student’s ability to gain skills in a very safe environment.
Art is about expression. @creativeonesacademy no one gets left behind, we teach everyone media design.
